Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

Commitment to Transparency, User Safety, and Digital Responsibility

Effective Date: January 2026

At evisajapan.co.uk, operated by MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD, we are dedicated to maintaining a trustworthy, secure, and transparent digital environment for all our users. While our headquarters are in the United Kingdom, we recognize the global importance of the Digital Services Act (DSA) established by the European Union to ensure the safety of users online.

This page outlines our compliance measures, our status as a specialized online platform, and our commitment to preventing the misuse of our services for illegal immigration or fraud.

1. Designated Point of Contact (Article 11 & 12 DSA)

In compliance with the Digital Services Act, we have established a single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the Board for Digital Services, as well as for our service recipients.

Communications regarding DSA compliance, content moderation, or regulatory inquiries should be directed to:

  • Designated Officer: Head of Legal Compliance

  • Company: MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD

  • Email for Authorities: support@evisajapan.co.uk

  • Physical Address: 20 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU, London, United Kingdom

  • Preferred Language: English

2. Transparency of Service Provider (Private Entity Disclosure)

The DSA places a strong emphasis on protecting consumers from misleading interfaces (Dark Patterns). In the spirit of total transparency and to avoid any confusion regarding our identity:

  • Non-Governmental Status: We explicitly state that MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD is a private commercial agency. We are not affiliated with the Government of Japan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), or any Embassy.

  • Service & Pricing: We charge a service fee of $70.00 USD for the processing of Japan E-Visas. This fee covers our professional review, document formatting, 24/7 support, and submission services.

  • Official Alternative: Users have the right to apply directly through the official Japanese government portal for a lower fee, but they will not receive the professional assistance, photo compliance review, or status tracking services we provide.

For more details on our business model, please refer to our About Us page.

3. Content Moderation & Misuse Prevention

As an intermediary service facilitating visa applications, we allow users to upload content (Passport scans, Photographs, Certificates of Eligibility). To comply with digital safety standards and prevent illegal immigration activity, we enforce strict content moderation policies.

Prohibited Content and Activities

We strictly prohibit the use of our platform for:

  • Document Forgery: Uploading fake, altered, or stolen passport scans.

  • Identity Theft: Submitting an application using another person's data without their consent.

  • False Declarations: Providing misleading information regarding the "Certificate of Eligibility" (CoE) or travel intent (e.g., claiming tourism when intending illegal work).

Our Moderation Process

We utilize a hybrid moderation system comprising both automated checks and human oversight:

  1. Automated Scanning: Our system scans uploaded files for malware and basic validity (e.g., file format integrity).

  2. Human Review: Every application is manually reviewed by our visa specialists. If we detect forged documents or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to:

    • Suspend the application immediately.

    • Refuse the service without refund (as per our Terms and Conditions).

    • Report the activity to relevant UK and International authorities if required by law.

4. Protection of Minors

We are committed to the high standards of safety for minors online.

  • Age verification: Our services are intended for users capable of entering into a legal contract.

  • Applications for Minors: Visa applications for individuals under the age of 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Data Handling: Data belonging to minors is treated with the highest level of privacy and is deleted strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Algorithmic Transparency

Our platform uses specific algorithms to enhance user experience and ensure application accuracy. In compliance with transparency requirements, we disclose the following:

  • Photo Compliance Tools: We use software to analyze user-uploaded photos against Japanese MOFA standards (background color, face dimensions). This tool recommends whether a photo should be accepted or retaken.

  • Status Tracking: Our Track Visa Status system uses automated logic to pull real-time updates from our database and present them to the user.

These algorithms are designed to assist, not to discriminate. They do not make final decisions on visa issuance; those decisions are made solely by the Japanese Consular authorities.

6. Complaint and Redress Mechanism

We believe in the right to be heard. If a user believes our service has been suspended in error, or if they have a complaint regarding our content moderation decisions (e.g., rejection of a photo):

  1. Submission: Users can submit a formal complaint via our Help Center & FAQ or email support.

  2. Review: Complaints are reviewed by a senior compliance officer, not an automated bot.

  3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all DSA-related complaints within 7 business days.

7. Annual Transparency Reporting

As part of our commitment to the DSA, MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD pledges to internally audit our data regarding:

  • Number of fraudulent applications detected.

  • Number of complaints received regarding service accuracy.

  • Governmental requests for information.

While we are a specialized small-to-medium enterprise (SME) and may not be subject to the reporting obligations of "Very Large Online Platforms" (VLOPs), we maintain these records to ensure operational integrity and trust.
