The binding legal framework governing your use of MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD services.

This Legal Agreements page serves as the master contract between You (hereinafter referred to as "The User", "Applicant", or "Client") and MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD (hereinafter referred to as "The Company", "We", or "Us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No: 16934517).

By accessing our website, completing the Japan E-Visa Application Form, and submitting payment, you enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws of England and Wales.

1. The Service Agreement (Scope of Work)

By engaging our services, you are hiring MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD to perform a specific set of professional tasks. This agreement defines what you are paying for:

  • Data Processing: We transcribe your personal data into the official format required by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

  • Expert Review: We manually review your Passport Scan and Biometric Photograph to ensure compliance with strict government standards.

  • Submission: We submit the application on your behalf to the relevant Consular authorities.

  • Support: We provide 24/7 assistance and status tracking via our Track Visa Status tool.

Agreement on Authority: You hereby grant MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD the limited power of attorney to act as your representative for the sole purpose of processing your visa application.

2. Electronic Execution & Digital Signature

In accordance with the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000, your action of clicking the "Submit Application" or "Pay Now" button constitutes a valid Electronic Signature.

3. Financial Agreement & Fee Structure

You agree to the financial terms set forth by The Company.

  • Service Fee: You agree to pay a total flat fee of $70.00 USD per applicant.

  • Nature of Fee: This fee is for the service of processing and assisting with the application. It includes our professional fee and the government assessment fee (where applicable).

  • Payment Authorization: You certify that you are the authorized holder of the Credit Card, Debit Card, or Crypto Wallet used to make the payment. You agree not to initiate a fraudulent chargeback with your bank.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD or equivalent converted rates. For more details, see Payment Methods & Banking Details.

4. Waiver of "Cooling-Off" Period

Under UK Consumer Law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), consumers typically have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel online purchases.

However, by accepting this Agreement: You expressly request that MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD begins the service immediately (reviewing your data and preparing documents). Therefore, you acknowledge that you waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period once the work has commenced.

5. User Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  1. Truthfulness: All information provided in the application form is true, accurate, and complete. You understand that providing false information (e.g., about criminal history or travel intent) is a violation of this agreement and Japanese Law.

  2. Eligibility: You possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining.

  3. Personal Use: You are using this service for yourself or for a person for whom you are legally authorized to act (e.g., a family member or employee).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Visa Rejection: The Japanese Consulate has the sole right to grant or deny a visa. We cannot guarantee approval.

  • Travel Losses: We are not responsible for missed flights, non-refundable hotel bookings, or lost wages resulting from visa delays or rejections.

  • Third-Party Actions: Delays caused by the Japanese Government's system outages or postal services.

Liability Cap: In any event, the maximum liability of The Company to The User shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the service ($70.00 USD).

7. Intellectual Property Agreement

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, application forms, and software, is the property of MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Usage: You are granted a limited license to access and use the site for personal visa application purposes only.

  • Prohibition: You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
