MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD is a private, UK-based commercial agency.

  • We are NOT the Japanese Government: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Government of Japan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), or any Japanese Embassy/Consulate.

  • Private Service: We provide a professional review and submission service for a fee. We act as an intermediary between the applicant and the Consular authorities.

  • Official Option: Travelers have the right to apply for a visa directly through the official Japanese Government portal or at a local Embassy. Doing so may result in lower fees but does not include the professional document review, photo compliance check, or 24/7 support offered by our agency.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Issuance

While our expert team reviews every application to minimize errors, MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD does not have the authority to grant or deny visas.

  • Sole Discretion: The final decision on all visa applications rests strictly with the Government of Japan.

  • Rejection Risks: The Consulate may reject an application for reasons including, but not limited to: security concerns, criminal history, invalid documents, or previous immigration violations.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for any visa rejection. In the event of a rejection caused by client ineligibility, our service fee covers the work already performed (review and submission) and is subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Accuracy of Information

The success of your Japan E-Visa application depends on the accuracy of the data you provide.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information entered in our Application Form (Name, Passport Number, Date of Birth, etc.) matches your passport exactly.

  • Consequences of Errors: We are not liable for visas issued with incorrect information if that information was provided incorrectly by the user. If you spot an error after submission, you must contact our Help Center immediately.

4. Processing Times and Travel Arrangements

Our stated processing times (5-9 Business Days) are estimates based on standard Consular operations.

  • Delays: Delays may occur due to high volume (e.g., Cherry Blossom season), system maintenance by the Japanese Government, or additional security checks.

  • Travel Bookings: We strongly advise against booking non-refundable flights or hotels until you have received your approved Visa or Certificate of Eligibility (CoE).

  • Liability for Loss: MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD is not liable for any financial loss (flights, accommodation, tours) incurred due to visa delays or rejections.

5. Service Fees

Our pricing is transparent.

  • Total Fee: We charge a flat fee of $70.00 USD per applicant.

  • Inclusions: This fee includes the government assessment fee (where applicable and paid on your behalf) and our professional service fee.

  • Acknowledgement: By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you are knowingly paying for a professional service that is priced higher than the direct government fee. Details can be found on our Visa Types and Prices page.
