At evisaudi.com, operated by Migraglobal Soluciones LTD, we adhere to the strict legal framework established by the relevant immigration authorities. By using our professional consultancy services, you acknowledge and accept the following refund and cancellation terms.

1. Legal Notice (Government Regulations)

In accordance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI):

"Fees paid for Electronic Visas and Mandatory Medical Insurance are non-refundable once the application has been processed by the government system, regardless of the visa outcome."

By submitting your application through our portal, you explicitly agree that no refunds will be provided by the Saudi authorities or by our agency in the event of a visa refusal.

2. Non-Refundable Government and Service Fees

Our agency charges an All-Inclusive professional fee for managing your application process. This fee covers the Government Visa Fee, Mandatory Medical Insurance, and our Service Fee.

Standard Service: $185.00 USD
Express Service: $250.00 USD

Strict Policy: Once your application has been officially reviewed by our specialists and submitted to the Saudi Government system, the total fee ($185 or $250) becomes 100% non-refundable. This is because the Government Fee and Insurance Premium are paid instantly by us on your behalf and are not returned by the authorities.

3. Refund Eligibility Before Submission

If you choose to cancel your service before our team has submitted your application to the official government authorities:

You may request a partial refund of the professional service fee.
A $30.00 USD administrative processing fee will be deducted to cover the labor, document verification, and banking costs already utilized.

4. Visa Rejections and Government Delays

Refusal of Visa: Following MOFA regulations, a refusal to issue a visa does not entitle the applicant to a refund, as the fee covers the processing of the application, not the outcome.
Processing Times: While we ensure rapid submission for our Express ($250) clients, we are not liable for delays within the government's internal security checks and do not offer refunds for such delays.

5. Incorrect Information and Applicant Errors

No refunds will be issued if an application is denied or delayed due to:

Typographical errors or incorrect passport details provided by the applicant.
Submission of blurred, expired, or fraudulent documentation.
Failure to respond to requests for additional information from the authorities.

6. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Refunds for payments made via USDC, USDT, or Bitcoin will be calculated based on the USD value at the time of the transaction. Any applicable blockchain network (gas) fees and exchange differences will be deducted from the final refund amount.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a cancellation (pre-submission only), please contact our billing department at support@evisaudi.com with your Application ID. All requests are reviewed within 48 business hours.
