Refund Policy
Strict Service Performance Policy under UK Consumer Law
Last Updated: January 2026
At evisajapan.co.uk, operated by MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD, we strive to provide the highest quality professional processing service for your Japan E-Visa application.
However, as a digital service provider involving immediate administrative work and government fee payments, our Refund Policy is strict. By submitting your application and paying the $70.00 USD service fee, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below.
1. The Principle of "Service Rendered"
It is important to understand what you are paying for. You are paying for a professional service, not a guaranteed result.
Our service includes:
-
Manual review of your data by a specialist.
-
Formatting and compliance check of your biometric photo/passport.
-
Submission of your data to the Japanese Government system.
-
24/7 Support and Status Tracking.
Once our staff has reviewed your application or submitted it to the Consulate, the service is deemed "Fully Performed" and the fee is non-refundable.
2. Waiver of "Cooling-Off" Period (UK Law Citation)
Under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 of the United Kingdom, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.
HOWEVER, Regulation 36(1) states: The right to cancel is lost if the consumer requests the service to start immediately and acknowledges that they will lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
By clicking "Submit Application":
-
You expressly request MigraGlobal Soluciones LTD to begin the review and processing of your visa application immediately (before the 14-day period ends).
-
You acknowledge that once we submit your application to the Japanese Government, you waive your right to cancel and your fee becomes 100% Non-Refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To avoid any ambiguity, we DO NOT offer refunds in the following scenarios:
A. Visa Rejection by the Government
The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has the sole authority to grant or deny a visa.
-
If your visa is denied due to your criminal history, previous immigration violations, or simply at the discretion of the Consul, no refund will be issued. We have performed our job (submission), and the outcome is beyond our control.
B. Change of Mind / Travel Cancellation
-
"I decided not to go to Japan."
-
"My flight was cancelled."
-
"I found a cheaper way to apply." Once your application is in our "Processing" or "Submitted" status, no refunds are granted for these personal reasons.
C. Double Application
If you have previously applied through another agency or the government site and then apply with us, causing a "Duplicate Application" error, our fee remains non-refundable as we still performed the work of reviewing and attempting submission.
4. Refundable Scenarios (Exceptions)
We are a fair company. A full or partial refund MAY be considered only in the following specific cases:
-
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid the $70 fee twice for the same person due to a technical glitch, we will refund the duplicate transaction immediately.
-
Pre-Processing Cancellation: If you send a cancellation request via email BEFORE our team has started reviewing your documents (Status: "Pending").
-
Service Error: If your application is rejected specifically because our staff made a data entry error (e.g., we typed your name wrong despite you providing it correctly). In this case, we will offer a full refund or a free re-application.
5. Processing of Refunds
-
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
-
Method: Funds are returned strictly to the original payment method (Credit Card or Crypto Wallet) used during the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or bank account.
-
Bank Delays: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the funds to appear in your statement.
6. Chargeback and Fraud Policy (Important)
We take "Friendly Fraud" (filing a chargeback for a valid service) very seriously.
By using our service, you agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback with your bank if your visa is rejected or delayed by the Consulate.
If a fraudulent chargeback is filed:
-
We will contest the dispute by providing your bank with your digital signature, IP address, and proof of service delivery.
-
Your visa application will be immediately cancelled with the Japanese Government.
-
We reserve the right to report your passport details to Immigration Fraud Databases and blacklist you from using our services in the future.
7. Contact for Cancellation
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 4, you must contact us immediately.

Note: Sending an email does not guarantee a refund. Your request will be reviewed against the status of your application in our system.
